"That is the situation prevailing today in the industry - critical" - he said, adding that the increase in tariffs for housing services directly related to these problems. The deputy minister noted that the tariffs in Ukraine does not cover the cost of providing services. "In this regard, we have increasing utility tariffs for the whole state," - he explained. Recall that the Cabinet has promised to approach the reform of housing and communal services of Ukraine comprehensively and systematically. Reform in the housing and utilities sector will provide better services than those that are ZhEKami today.
