Canada will move to summer time on the night of 26 to 27 March with the transfer clock one hour forward. According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers № 509 dated May 13, 1996, the last Sunday in March at 3:00 the hour hand is translated to 1 hour ahead. According to doctors, traditional switching to winter time almost no effect on the health of most people.
