STA approved instructions on how to charge penalties on payments

The State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved the instructions on the procedure of calculation and payment of penalties on payments which are controlled by the state tax service. The corresponding order of December 17, 2010 № 953 Published online STA. Department of Accounting and Reporting entrusted with the provision of this order, the state registration in Ministry of Justice in due course. This order is repealed STA order dated June 11, 2003 № 290 "On approval of Instruction on the procedure of calculation and payment of penalty payments, which are controlled by the state tax service." This order shall come into force from the date of publication.
