Is pleased to release the bodies of cultural heritage protection from duties

In the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill on amending article 4 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On State Duty" (with respect to the protection of cultural heritage). Bill № 8428 from 21.04.2011 referred to the leadership of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Cabinet proposes to exempt from payment of state duty of protection of cultural heritage on the claims in the application of legislation on protection of cultural heritage. To achieve this objective is proposed to amend article 4 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On State Duty". "In order to create conditions to ensure that the bodies of protection of cultural heritage of its powers there is need for exemption from state tax authorities of cultural heritage protection claims in the application of legislation on protection of cultural heritage", - stated in a memorandum of Ukraine.
