In Rada registered law on the model charter companies

In the Verkhovna Rada registered a draft law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the implementation of the principle of state registration of legal persons on the basis of the model statute. Bill number 8146 on 22/2/2011 developed and submitted to the committee by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The document is designed to simplify the procedure for pre-registration process of preparing documents for state registration of legal entities. The draft law aims at improving the order of creation and activity of legal entities, in order to implement the principle of state registration of legal persons on the basis of the model statute. In particular, the authors of the bill as promised, the material cost of manufacturing the constituent documents of decline, and state registrars to make good use of their time. And most importantly - changes in the law make it impossible to process a fake foundation documents. As stated in the explanatory memorandum, the model statute - a law or regulation, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, for the establishment and operation of legal entities. It regulates and establishes the statutory rules governing the legal status, rights, responsibilities and relationships that are associated with the creation, management and economic activities of the respective entities. The model statute is not a constituent document. The document stipulates that enterprises can be established and operate under the model statute.
