The President noted that today's talks with Turkish Prime Minister were constructive, informative and friendly. In particular, the joint declaration was signed on the establishment of the Strategic High-level Council between Ukraine and Turkey. "We agreed that this agreement is an effective mechanism for cooperation at the bilateral level. We have agreed that for the first five-year goal is to increase trade between our two countries to 10 billion dollars over 10 years to raise it even by half - that is, up to $ 20 billion, "- said Viktor Yanukovych. In addition, the head of state stressed that the parties will work to substantially improve the conditions of work as Ukrainian companies in Turkey and the Turkish territory of Ukraine. Representatives of the States agreed that they would pursue a common policy and use the experience of highly skilled both in Ukraine and Turkey. In the transport sector parties agreed on the need for trans-regional transport corridors that will connect Eastern and Northern Europe to the Middle East and Central Asia. It was also agreed to cooperate in the military-industrial complex. Ukrainian companies are willing to participate in tenders for the supply of the Turkish army.
