On Monday 17 January the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych will fly on an official visit to Japan. Writes about this edition of "Today." This will be the first foreign head of state visit this year. It is assumed that within its framework Yanukovych will meet in Tokyo, Emperor Akihito, will talk with Prime Minister Kahn, will speak at a joint business forum and tell the teachers and students at Kyoto University on the situation in Ukraine. In this case, the main purpose of the visit will be an investment. According to the head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Levochkina, Viktor Yanukovych will discuss with Japan the opportunity to attract investment and technology resources of Japan for infrastructure development and implementation of large-scale joint projects as part of our Euro 2012.
