Travel set at the level of average earnings

Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopted on second reading and in general the draft law on amendments to article 121 of the Labor Code of Ukraine. Bill number 7183 proposes to add section 121 of the Labor Code of Ukraine's rule, under which workers directed a business trip, wages for work performed shall be in accordance with the terms of employment or collective agreement, but not less than the average wage. It is also proposed to exclude from the third part of this article, the requirement of maintaining a detached workers for the duration of trips the average wage. As reported by the Committee Secretariat, in preparing the draft to the second reading submitted 10 proposals on the subjects of legislative initiative. All of them rejected. Thus, the committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the bill in the wording of the first reading.
