Changes to the Regulations on business trips

Instructions on business trips within Ukraine and abroad (the order of the Ministry of Finance from 03.13.1998, № 59) approved a new edition. In particular, the instruction supplemented by: - ??a list of documents that must be submitted with a report on the use of funds provided to the trip, to confirm the cost of acquiring and using an electronic ticket, - position on the need to introduce seconded the person with the cost estimates or to a certificate issued by the calculations with respect to advance, as well as the requirements of regulations regarding reporting on the use of funds granted on a business trip. Also changed the shape of a special journal in which business, sending an employee shall register the person, departing on a business trip. Thus, there is no need to register enter the date, and ID number on a business trip. In the instructions given to clarification of the order of affixing the mark of the authorized official person of the State Border Service of Ukraine in the passport or document substituting it in the case of travel abroad. This statement can be used when sending employees on business enterprises of all forms of property (other than employees of enterprises that are wholly or partially contained (funded) at the expense of budgetary funds, for which the provisions of this instruction are mandatory).
