Ukraine does not intend to join the Customs Union

Canada does not intend to enter into a customs union formed by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, although willing to cooperate in the format of "3 +1". Volodymyr Lytvyn said Ukraine does not intend to stop cooperation with the countries of the former Soviet Union: "We should cooperate where it can benefit Ukraine. We did that, we are realists, pragmatists and do not have to lose markets, cooperating with the countries of the former Soviet Union.
