Glad to leave peacekeepers in Ivory Coast until October

The Verkhovna Rada approved a bill proposed by the President of Ukraine of sending peacekeeping troops to Ukraine's participation in the provision of support for UN operations in Cote d'Ivoire. For a decision 242 deputies voted. According to the document for Ukraine's participation in the provision of support for UN operations in Cote d'Ivoire has sent peacekeeping forces totaling up to 70 people from among the peacekeeping forces, acting within the UN Mission in Liberia, in terms defined by the UN Security Council for the period until 30 September 2011.
