The State Customs Service issued a draft order "On Amending the Regulation on bonded warehouses" th Order is designed to provide authority to the head of the customs office to make an independent decision regarding the placement of goods and vehicles of humanitarian assistance in the warehouses of humanitarian aid. In addition, this project provides for the removal of interfering legislative business conflicts (disagreements) for the improvement and implementation of a unified approach to the issue of opening the business entities which are located in warehouses and stores goods under customs supervision. According to the report the State Customs Service, the draft regulation will improve the existing legislation to regulate brokering activities of temporary storage warehouses (WTS), will work in line with the requirements of global standards and regulations, implement real measures to promote economic entities - the owners of TWH.
