Cabinet may remove the restrictions on loans under government guarantees

State Committee on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship agreed on a draft of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On establishing charges for loans (loans), attracted by the state or under government guarantees, or government guarantees." According to the decree of Cabinet of Ministers of 11.07.2001 № 787, if adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers decision to grant resident legal entities of foreign loans taken by the State or under government guarantees, the fee for credit and / or government guarantees do not exceed 2% . The draft resolution proposes to introduce differentiation in determining the amount of the fee depending on the loan or obtaining government guarantees (from 0,5% to 2%), and remove restrictions on the provision of resident legal entities of government guarantees to attract foreign loans only.
