Andrey Klyuyev Cabinet lifted the ban on the alienation and transfer of rental or leased property of the state holding company "Titan of Ukraine, told reporters the First Vice-Premier - Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Andrei Klyuyev. As reported by "Ukrainian News", restrictions on the "Titan of Ukraine" introduced on March 1 the government headed by Yulia Tymoshenko. Decree № 211 forbidden to alienate, transfer, lease, lease, concession, security of property "Titan Ukraine and enterprises, state-owned shares are transferred to the authorized capital of the holding company. It is also forbidden to sign agreements with respect to these businesses, commission, agreements on joint investment activity. Cabinet has created a "Titan of Ukraine" at the end of February 2009, including in its charter fund 100% of Sumyhimproma and state joint-stock company "Titan", which provides corporate governance, controlling the largest producer of titanium dioxide, "Crimean Titan" (Armenian, Crimea) as well as state-owned shares of Zaporozhye Titanium-Magnesium Works, after its conversion into an open joint stock company.
