In the Parliament proposes to clarify the term "audiovisual products"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a bill on amending article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Television and Radio" for clarification of the term "national audiovisual product." bill № 8142 from 21.02.2011 before the Committee deputies from OU-PSD Oksana Bilozir. The purpose of amendments is to clarify the term "national audiovisual product." As stated in the explanatory note, the use of the term in the current edition can refer to this definition, a product created in any language. The bill proposed to present the term "national audiovisual products in the following wording: "The National audiovisual products - software, movies, audio-visual works produced by individuals or legal entities of Ukraine in the official language and the languages ??of national minorities".
