The Russian banks have revealed in 2010, 128,700 counterfeit ruble banknotes and 4,149 counterfeit foreign bank notes. This is evidenced today published materials of the Central Bank of Russia. Still the largest number of detected counterfeit rubles accounted for notes denominated 1000 rubles - 122,495 pcs. Number of detected counterfeit banknotes of 5 thousand rubles per year has reached 3,697 pieces. Number of detected counterfeit banknotes 500 rub was 1093 pieces, 100 rubles par value - 955 pcs, nominal value of 50 rubles - 226 pcs face value of 10 rubles - 61 pcs. In addition, found 163 counterfeit 5-ruble coin, 6 fake 2-ruble coins and 4 counterfeit ruble coins.
