The Cabinet is preparing a new list of tax havens

Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has prepared an updated list of offshore zones and issued a draft regulation for public discussion needed a new list, since April 1 in connection with the adoption of the Tax Code, expire provisions of the law "On Profit Tax". That's according to this law, cabinet ministers were lists of tax havens. Consequently, the question of territories with special tax rules remain unresolved. The new Ministry of Economy list appear the same offshore areas as the disposal of the Cabinet on February 24, 2003 N77-p, namely: Island of Guernsey, the Isle of Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Alderney, Bahrain, Belize, Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco, Anguilla Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands (U.S.), Grenada, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Turks and Caicos Islands, Liberia, Seychelles, Vanuatu, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Cook Islands, Samoa, the Republic of Maldives.
