Approved the procedure for customs inspections restricted to travel abroad

EKabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure of customs authorities restricted to leave documentary checks. The corresponding decree of February 2, 2011 № 71, posted on the official government website. In particular, the order defines the basic requirements for the customs authorities restricted to leave the documentary checks, which are the subject of data on the timeliness, accuracy, completeness of accrual and payment of taxes and duties, control over the payment of which the customs authorities. Inspection is conducted by: - ??identify signs of possible tax violations by the analysis of electronic copies of customs declarations, information regarding the goods, customs formalities have been completed, the subjects received from traders and manufacturers of such goods from the Internet, scientific literature, expert opinions - the proceeds of bodies foreign countries confirmed information not to confirm the authenticity of the documents filed by the customs authority on the goods, customs clearance have been completed, as well as requests for the provision of information for foreign economic operations, carried out with participation of foreign economic activity - residents of Ukraine. The presence of the taxpayer during the audit is not required.
