The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Bill regarding the improvement of legislation on the prohibition of gambling business in Ukraine. The corresponding document supported 289 people's deputies. In particular, the project proposes to present the new version of the terms "gambling" and "gamble" for distribution to the interactive facilities and computer simulations. "Gambling business - the activity associated with the organization, conduct and provision of access to gambling in casinos, slot machines, computer simulations, the bookmakers, the online institutions, electronic (virtual) casino regardless of the location server; gambling - any game, a prerequisite of participation in which is payment of money a player that allows you to place bets in any form or by opportunity to receive a prize (prize) in any way, result of which is wholly or partly dependent on chance "- the document says. In addition, the draft law spelled out the duty police officers to apply to court for applying financial sanctions associated with the prohibition of the organization and conduct of gambling in the territory of Ukraine.
