Customs and tax will go to inspection together

The State Customs Service settled a mechanism for planning control and verification of the customs authorities and independent of scheduled field audits of businesses. Until that time, customs authorities were not able to independently carry out the planned exit documentary checks of business entities, the press service of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Thus, the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of 27.12.2010 № 1234 was approved by order of the coordination of scheduled field audits by the executive, empowered to exercise control over the calculation and payment of taxes and fees, and the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of 27.12.2010 № 1198 was amended in paragraph 3 of the Regulations on Customs inspections at enterprises reporting and accounting for goods and vehicles transported across the customs border of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of 23.12.2004 № 1730. These changes were first identified the rights of customs authorities for planning and control, and self-check work of scheduled field audits of businesses. It should be noted in the planning by the state tax service and customs authorities in the reporting period of the audit of the same taxpayer a check will be conducted at the same time these bodies.
