Rada has ratified an employment relationship with Spain

Deputies adopted the Law "On ratification of Agreement between Ukraine and Spain on the settlement and regulation of labor migration between the two countries." For a decision voted 294 out of 420 deputies registered in the session hall. In particular, the document envisages the establishment of categories of workers who would be eligible for employment, about the interaction of the authorized bodies of the parties to employment, the selection and hiring of employees, they receive the necessary documents for residence and employment, secure working conditions and social guarantees for workers, procedures for their return State of origin, special provisions for seasonal workers. This agreement applies to employees who are nationals of one contracting party and have the appropriate permission to perform work on the territory of another contracting party in case of a previously signed contract of employment with employers that contracting party. That is, permanent and seasonal employees, as well as trainees.
