Parliament rejected a bill on amending some laws of Ukraine on Limitation of unplanned events on the exercise of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity. "Voted for the document only 105 out of 420 deputies registered in the session hall. The bill Anatoly Gritsenko proposed to amend several laws. Furthermore, it was proposed to supplement the Code of Administrative Offences Article 166-13, which provides responsible officials and officers for breach of legislation providing for unplanned activities for the State Supervision (Control) in the sphere of economic activity. In particular, for an unscheduled inspection on grounds not provided for by law, failure to provide a business entity a copy of the document, which is the basis for verification, validation issues that are not included in the direction of the excess of the statutory period of verification. For this violation a fine of from 20 to 40 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.
