Yanukovych became an honorary cadet

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych became a cadet at Kherson State Maritime Institute. Rector of this institution led by Vladimir Khodakovskii said Governor Nicholas backbone and the head of the regional council Victor Pelykh.
