Ukraine has invested in the Cyprus economy $ 6 billion

In 2010, the economy of Ukraine in other countries sent 6.871 billion dollars of direct investment. Reported the State Statistics Committee, reports The Economic Truth. Including Cyprus - 6.342 billion - 92.3% of the total, in Russia - 194 million dollars - 2,8%, in Latvia - 87.9 million 1.3%. Direct investments from Ukraine sent to 46 countries, mainly in Cyprus. The amount of loans granted to residents of the Ukrainian enterprises of direct investment, on 1 January 2011 amounted to 130.9 million dollars. Earlier, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said that Ukraine will not denounce the agreement with Cyprus about avoidance of double taxation unilaterally.
