State Property Fund of Ukraine sent a co-founders of the private joint-stock company "Airline" MAU "(Ukraine International Airlines) offer to buy state-owned 61.58% of shares for 287,229,000 USD. "State Property Fund is preparing proposals for buyers of investment and social obligations, which in his opinion, should be included in the contract" - the document says. MFI said that the proposal aimed UIA Veteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (owns 22.51% MAU), UIA Nolding GmbH (9,93%) and "Kepitall Investment Project" (Capital Investment Project, 5,97%).
