State Reserve is planning to produce 14 thousand tons of rye and wheat flour to ensure the needs of bakeries. This was reported by First Deputy Chairman of the State Reserve Elena Taranenko, February 23 The Cabinet instructed the State reserve to allocate 18 thousand tons of grain for processing into flour. From this flour will be baked social breads, variety and prices of which are approved by local authorities. As Ukrainian News reported, flour will produce three SOEs: Kulindorovsky Bakery (Odessa region), Dunaevetsky KHP (Khmelnytsky region) and Akhtyrsky KHP (Sumy region). The representative of the State Reserve said that the selling price of flour to bakeries make 2600-3 200 UAH / tonne, which is 500-600 UAH lower than the average. Shipment of grain from the state reserve is scheduled to begin March 15. Over the last month in Ukraine has risen sharply flour.
