In Libya, there are about 500 Ukrainians

To date, the number of Ukrainian citizens staying in the territory of Libya, is about 400-500 people. This was announced at a press briefing, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexander Dikusar. According to him, since the beginning of the evacuation of 364 Ukrainians were evacuated on their own country, 237 - with the help of foreign countries. Ukraine has helped to evacuate 279 foreigners from Libya. The representative of the Foreign Ministry stressed that is not considered the question of evacuation of Ukrainian diplomats from Libya, but this option worked out in case of aggravation of the situation. He added that while there is no such threat and diplomats continue to help wishing to be evacuated from Libya to Ukrainian citizens. As reported, April 17-18, 20 citizens of Ukraine were evacuated from the Libyan city of Misurata ships of Egypt and the International Organization for Migration. We recall that on 11 April a large landing ship of the Naval Forces of Ukraine Konstantin Olshansky, which performs humanitarian mission to evacuate citizens from Libya, arrived in Sevastopol with 114 evacuees from Libya Ukrainian citizens and foreigners. On board the "Konstantin Olshansky," with 114 passengers 85 people were Ukrainian nationals. Ministry of Industry
