Vice-Speaker noted that there can be no question that the amendments to the Constitution were made by secret ballot, as they say, some politicians, and added that they would be made in a way that provides for the Constitution itself. "As far as I know, OU is not going to increase the number of people who voted, and" Buttes-Fatherland "is not going to vote at all," - said Tomenko. He believes that in parliament there is 300 votes for the amendments to the Constitution, but the number of deputies who will vote for, will not exceed 325.
