The procedure for clearance of import of energy-saving materials

Changes to the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of 14.05.2008, № 444 "The question of entry into the customs territory of Ukraine's energy-saving materials, equipment, devices and accessories. They, in particular, the text of the document name changed to Ministry of Economy Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the State Tax Administration - the State Tax Service, etc. (Recall that these changes are determined by the Presidential Decree of 12.09.1910, the № 1085/2010, which were reorganized nearly all ministries and departments). Under the new Tax Code, List of energy efficient equipment, which are exempt from import duty, should contain only the name of the product and its code of UKTVED. In this connection, the column "Units", "volume" and "cost" of the listing are excluded. Now the business entities who import into the customs territory of Ukraine of energy-saving materials, equipment, devices and components, for exemption from import duty and VAT is served in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the application for exemption from VAT of imported goods. This statement indicates the name of the goods, their code according to UKTVED, quantity and cost. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 02.09.1911, the number 80 will take effect from the date of publication.
