In Ukraine will create a higher commission notaries - the law in Ukraine will be created higher commission notaries. Under the law, to establish the level of professional training of persons who intend to engage in notarial activities, as well as to address the cancellation of certificates of eligibility to such activities under the Ministry of Justice created the Higher Qualification Commission of Notaries. By law, the personal composition of the commission adopted the order of the Ministry of Justice. The Act stipulates that the term of office personnel of the High Qualification Commission of Notaries of 3 years from the date of its approval. The position of the High Qualification Commission of notaries approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In addition, the law establishes that, after an internship a person intending to pass a qualifying exam for the right to engage in notarial activities are permissible Higher Qualification Commission of Notaries to pass this exam by presentation of the Main Directorate of Justice Ministry of Justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the major departments of justice in the areas of urban Kiev and Sevastopol. Under the law, that on the basis of the results collected from an examination of the Higher Qualification Commission Notary decision to grant or refuse the grant of the Ministry of Justice of the certificate of eligibility to notarial activities. The law also establishes that persons who do not pass the appropriate qualifying examination shall be permitted to repeat his delivery, not earlier than one year.
