The draft developed by the Ministry of Economy in order to stimulate investment and attract investors through the development of public-private partnership. The draft law establishes the procedure for determining the functioning areas of prospective development and business environment for the implementation of investment projects for them. "The purpose of introducing prospective development areas is to attract investment in the production of marketable products, export-oriented development of modern production and market infrastructure, job creation, to overcome the unemployment rate" - the ministry said. The bill stipulates that the territory of future development is part of the territory of Ukraine within its administrative-territorial units (village, township, city or area in the city) with a population of 50 thousand people, which for a fixed period established by a special legal regime of economic activity and a special procedure application of the legislation of Ukraine. On the territory of future development introduces the customs regime of special customs zone for a period of 10 years.
