Identified metals, imports are exempt from VAT

Cabinet approved the list of metals, the supply to which a particular operation to import, temporarily, until January 1, 2014, are exempt from VAT. Namely: - List of waste and scrap; - List of waste and scrap non-ferrous metals. Accordingly, invalidated the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of 01.31.2007, № 104, which approved the previous lists of wastes and ferrous and nonferrous metals, the operation of supply are exempt from VAT. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 01.12.1911, the number 15 will take effect from the date of publication.
