Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Dec. 27, 2010 № 1234 approved the procedure for conducting routine field inspections. Reported by the press office of STA of Ukraine. In particular, it provides a mechanism for routine field inspections by the executive, empowered to exercise control over the calculation and payment of taxes and fees, as well as audits of state financial control. According to the document, the formation of the planned site inspections of financial and economic activity takes place on a quarterly basis on their own tax or other authorized body according to the location of the enterprise or the location of the object's property rights with respect to which review. In the case when the various financial supervision authorities have planned for the reporting period test of the same company, this verification is done at the same time these bodies. Audit plans are coordinated to 20 of the last month of the quarter with the appropriate authority of the State Tax Service.
