Which banks Ukrainians to keep their money

A third of Ukrainians savings accounts for only three banks - Privatbank, Dnipropetrovsk owned by businessman Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov, State Oschadbank, and financial institution with the Austrian "roots" Raiffeisen Bank Aval. In sum, these banks hold 91.4 bln. of Ukrainian citizens. This is evidenced by its financial statements published on the official site NBU. So, according to the regulator, the beginning of 2011 the accounts were Privat 54.8 bln. of the population, or 19.9% ??of the total deposit portfolio of the banking system of Ukraine. Household deposits in Oschadbank at that date amounted to 19.5 bln. (7,1%), Raiffeisen Bank Aval - 17,1 bln. (6,2%). Fourth place in the list of the largest custodians of savings Ukrainians took UkrSibbank owned by French banking group BNP Paribas. His commitment to physical persons to the beginning of this year reached 12.9 billion USD. (Market share - 4,7%). Closes the five "darlings" of the population state Ukreximbank. The confidence of depositors in this bank is estimated 12,4 billion UAH. (4,5% market share). According to "Delo", National Bank is exploring the possibility of a substantial limitation on the premature withdrawal of depositors' funds from time deposits.
