"Signed today, 18 April, in Beijing an agreement between the Export-Import Bank of China and the Ukrainian side will begin in May, the practical phase of building high-speed railway line between Kiev and the international airport Borispol. Also, for the construction of infrastructure facilities of Kyiv region signed an agreement valued at 2 billion dollars. These objects will be created in preparation for the construction of a large ring road around Kiev, and, consequently, the agreement means that will soon begin construction of this long-awaited facility - the chairman of the State Agency for Investment and management of national projects Kaskiv.
