Importers of pipes in Ukraine have exhausted annual (until October 2011), the quota for the supply of seamless steel casing and tubing with a diameter not exceeding 406,4 mm, as at 4 January at 85.29% (obtained licenses for delivery 13.608 tons). This was stated by the Ministry of Economy. For the period from 1 October 2010 to September 30, 2011 quota of 15.955 tons, so the unused balance of the quota is 2.347 tons. In particular, Russia has used its quota by 100% (11.342 tons), Austria - by 32.93% (0.77 tonnes), Poland - by 99.9% (1.05 tonnes), China - 100% (0.046 thousand tons), Romania - 100% (0.2 tons). Slovakia and India in October-December, the license for supply of pipes in Ukraine have not received. The volume of import quotas from other countries settled at 26.76% (obtained licenses for delivery of 0.2 tons).
