Parliament supported the second reading and the whole bill on amending article 3 of the Law "On state regulation of production and sale of sugar" on the licensing of wholesale trading in sugar. "During the relevant government bill voted 226 deputies. The document excluded several parts Article 3 of the law on licensing of wholesale trading in sugar in order to reduce economic activities subject to licensing. In particular, the repealed rule, it was assumed that within the quotas "A" at the request of companies engaged in wholesale trade in sugar, authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should be granted authority special permits for the implementation of sugar in the market of Ukraine in view of the quarterly and monthly volumes. Wholesale of sugar in the domestic market should be carried out by business entities when they have special permission. Moreover, the number of licenses for the wholesale trade in sugar is not restricted.
