Levochkina must provide access to public information

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has identified a number of priority measures to ensure access to public information in the subsidiary bodies established by the President. The corresponding presidential decree number 548/2011 of 5 May 2011, aiming at the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On access to public information", published on the personal site of the head of state. In particular, it must develop and approve the form of requests for information, guidance on procedures for the request and receipt of information, order preparation, delivery requests orally, in writing or in another form (by mail, fax, phone, e-mail) ; enter records requests for information, identify special places for an applicant with the documents that contain public information, copies of them, to provide equipment such places appropriate office equipment, to create conditions for the provision of written requests for information to citizens with disabilities, to establish in order to access to public information and conservation system of accounting documents that contain public information, to ensure compulsory registration in the system such documents and providing access to it on request, disclosure on the website of the official web-site of President of Ukraine information on available documents, which contain public information. Head of the Administration is also requested to provide a systematic and timely disclosure and update information on the activities of the President of Ukraine to ensure the disclosure of official publications, the website of the official web-site of President of Ukraine, the information stands in special places for applicants request the information specified in Article 15 Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" form of requests for information and the like. " The decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
