Financial Services Commission has developed a list of paid services

The State Commission on Regulation financial services markets has developed a draft of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approving the list of paid administrative services to the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets." relevant document was published on the official site office. As you know, today there is no document that would define the list of paid administrative services provided by the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets. Therefore, the draft resolution provided for the assertion of such a list, indicating the regulations, under which are granted paid administrative services and regulations that set fee for the provision of a public service and result delivery services. The list of paid services include: issuance of licenses for compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles, issuance of licenses for insurance activity, issuing licenses for activity on the administration of private pension funds, issuance of licenses for activity on the provision of financial loans attracted funds by a credit institution and the pawnshop; issuance of licenses for the activities of credit unions to provide financial services to attract contributions (deposits) of the credit union to deposit accounts and the provision of financial loans from borrowed funds, issuance of licenses for the transfer of funds, issuing licensed to engage in fund-raising efforts of the founders of property management to finance construction projects and / or implementation of real estate transactions, registration of the statute of non-state pension fund, including pension schemes and registration of changes and additions to the charter of a private pension fund, including pension schemes; registration of investment declaration of non-state pension fund and amendments thereto, registration rules (conditions) of insurance, including the new edition of the rules (conditions) of insurance that are not part of the documents submitted to obtain a license and registration changes and / or additions to the rules (conditions ) insurance.
