Visa regime with EU countries for the Ukrainians in the near term will be commuted. This is stated in the appeal of President Viktor Yanukovych to fellow citizens on the occasion of Europe Day in Ukraine. In his view, a united Europe is Ukraine's strategic partner and an example in many ways. "We are opening the door to a united Europe: Negotiations on an association agreement. We are steadily approaching the creation of deep free trade area with the EU, the following action plan for liberalization of EU visa regime for Ukraine", - said Viktor Yanukovych. Previously, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the recommendations of the Cabinet of Ministers with the priority task to complete negotiations and sign an agreement on the establishment of an FTA with the EU as an integral part of the association agreement with EU. In this connection, BP intends to strengthen the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation, norms and principles of the World Trade Organization. In addition, the Government is encouraged to continue efforts to conclude a new agreement on an FTA within the Commonwealth of Independent States on the principles and conditions of the WTO.
