Opposition does not like investigator Lutsenko

"The investigator Voichenko SV did not immediately able to give permission for such a meeting on the grounds that he needed to get a work permit indication of his leadership", - said Yuri Grymchak. In accordance with Part 1 st.114 Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine "The powers of the investigator," the investigator in the manufacture of pre-trial investigation is an independent entity and should take all decisions independently. "The above fact indicates that the dependence of the investigator Voichenko SV during the pretrial investigation of the criminal case № 49-3028 and its prejudices," - said in a statement. Yu Grymchak also stressed that after the arrest of Yuri Lutsenko December 27, 2010 Investigator S. Voichenko not complied with any investigative action, including the defendant did not provide for review of pretrial investigation material.
