Number of active payment cards in Ukraine since the beginning of the year grew by 440 thousand units

The number of active payment cards in Ukraine has increased over the January-March 2011 by 1,5%, or 440.9 thousand units - up to 29,846,000, according to the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). The total number of payment cards has increased in January-March this year at 3.7%, or 1,697,000 units - up to 48,072,000 shares.
