MPs can introduce a moratorium on inspections of small businesses

In the Verkhovna Rada registered a draft law establishing a moratorium on certain activities of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity. Bill number 8018 on 25/1/2011 developed chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship. The document referred to the Committee. The bill will impose a moratorium until January 1, 2012 to conduct audits by tax authorities of small businesses who are the payers of a united and fixed taxes. Thus, by enabling small businesses to adapt their businesses to new economic conditions that have arisen in connection with the adoption of the Tax Code. Recall, December 2, 2010 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Tax Code of Ukraine, which entered into force on 1 January 2011. "The haste of such a decision has not solved the problems for small businesses, but only postponed them at the same time created new problems. Even today, the State Tax Service has a lot of problems with the interpretation of the rules of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Most of the questions taxpayers to the tax authorities remain unanswered, because tax themselves are not ready and not able to answer them, "- said in a memorandum. Adoption of the draft law does not require additional expenditure of funds from the State budget.
