Ministry of Finance will monitor the market operators of lotteries in an online mode, and the territory of Ukraine will conduct a public lottery and to ban any other. The relevant bill awaits a first reading in Parliament shortly. Its author - Viktor Korzh proposes to consider the holding of lotteries as a monopoly of the state. The law provides funds from lotteries, directed to social aims: funding physical education, health and sports. According to People's Deputy, the bill meets the modern European standards. The document has already worked out all the necessary parliamentary committees. "The state monopoly on the market, state control and all its mechanisms, and a very high strap to the operators of this market. That there was no firm-by-night, to avoid random people to a serious professional management", - says MP Viktor Korzh .
