Lavrinovic not found more than half of public organizations

Ministry of Justice has prepared instruments of actual absence in Ukraine, 65% of public organizations, check which was carried out during 2010. This was announced today by Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych with reference to the results of the inspections. The Minister said that the verification organization is carried out pursuant to Part 2 of Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "On association of citizens." The audit studied the preservation of public organizations of the provisions of their charters. During 2010, the Ministry of Justice, verified an association of citizens registered in 1996-1999. A total of 257 associations tested. In this work, only 50 of the audited associations consistent with Ukrainian legislation and the provisions of its own statutes. Revealed some irregularities in the activities of 17 organizations. The activities of 13 organizations did not coincide with the laws and statutes. At the same time 167obschestvennyh organizations from 257 tested generally were not found at the location. In this regard, the minister said, now the Ministry of Justice together with the State Tax Service of Ukraine, State Statistics Service, and local state administrations provides a solution to the situation with respect to citizens' associations, which are absent at the registered office. Previously reported that the Justice Department will cancel the registration politparty who for 10 years did not put forward their candidates for the election of the President and the Verkhovna Rada. In this regard, the Minister of Justice Lavrinovich said that his department has already sent a request to the Central Election Commission for a list of politparty who nominated their candidates for presidential elections in 2004 and 2010 and the election of members of parliament in 2002, 2006 and 2007.
