Thus, the decisions of the Kiev city council from October 1, 2007 despite the demands of land and housing codes, laws "On the nature reserve fund of Ukraine" and "On protection of cultural heritage," stated co-operatives transferred land nature reserve, historical and cultural area of ??302, 79 hectares, including 220.99 ha of private property without compensation for housing and 81.8 hectares in the long-term leases for recreational purposes, and land use. In this case, the founders of these cooperatives were only four individuals who did not need to improve their housing conditions. In the future these cooperatives have transferred land plots allocated to them in private ownership, the authorized capital of other societies. Given the violation of the law committed in the provision of land and the creation of these cooperatives, the GPU in the Economic Court of Kiev has been charged with three suits, which are April 21, 2011 are satisfied.
