Customs Code on Customs and other forms of control

The bill Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from 03.02.1911, № 2766 amendments to the Customs Code concerning the implementation of the preliminary documentary control at checkpoints at the customs border. Arguing that the goods that move across the customs border of Ukraine, but customs control may be subject to the state sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, environmental, radiological monitoring, control over the movement of cultural property and other statutory forms of control. Customs authorities shall cooperate with state authorities, responsible for the relevant types of control and coordinate their implementation at checkpoints across the state border, as well as in customs control zones in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Customs clearance of goods crossing the customs border, is completed only after controlling for each of the types of goods. Procedure for monitoring and certification of the results established state authority authorized to conduct this type of control.
