Approved versions of the documents for land sales

In accordance with the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of 02.09.1910, № 805 "On approval of the sale in 2010 of land for non-agricultural land sales," approved by the relevant sample documents that are necessary to conduct such trading. Namely: - Applications for participation in auction for natural persons (citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons) - Applications for participation in the auction for legal entities - residents - Applications for participation in the auction for foreign legal entities - Help on getting documents from the applicant to participate in the auction - Books registered bidders - Information Card for the lot. Order of the State Committee on 29.10.1910, № 770 will come into force from the date of publication. For the organizers of the auction, we note that the order of the State Committee on 08.10.1910, № 724 approved the license terms for the conduct of land auctions. A business entity that has the intention to conduct this type of economic activity, either personally or through authorized person should contact the SLC with the application for issuance of a license and a package of necessary documents.
