ThyssenKrupp will increase steel prices by 20%

Steelmaker ThyssenKrupp in April 2011 could increase prices for steel products. On it informs Bloomberg. It is assumed that the cost of the metal will rise by 20%. Recall that ThyssenKrupp in the I quarter of 2010-2011 fiscal year, increased its net debt by 53%, to 5.81 billion euros. Debts of the corporation increased as a result of increasing costs for construction of new refineries, increase in net working capital and reserves. Previously reported that ThyssenKrupp in the I quarter of 2010-2011 fiscal year compared to the same period last year to reduce net income available for distribution to shareholders at 13,4%, to 142 million euros. Revenues of the corporation in a given period has increased by 21,6% and reached 11.37 billion euros. A year earlier the figure was estimated at 9.35 billion euros.
