The draft law on land consolidation requires a clear purpose fixing the value of land to safeguard and nepereprofilirovaniya land that could be used in intensive agricultural production and protect them from misuse. Preparation of such a bill is part of the upcoming land reform and create a land market. The second bill will be offering to fix a mandatory or maintain current levels of fertility status of leased land, or that is a priority for Ukraine, the increase in the level of fertility.
